METHODS AND TOOLS
Purchasing maturity matrix, buyer/sellers power plays, cultural fit matrix…
Once upon a time there was a Corporate Social Responsibility Director who wanted to co-construct a ‘Sustainable’ Procurement chart with the subsidiaries in 15 different countries where the group was present … this motivated her to contacting us. Our first action was to outline a specific program which included the setting up of a multicultural consultative committee. We regrouped 70 buyers from local businesses and together we co-developed the chart. The international sustainable procurement chart came to be… in total coherence with the positioning and the values of the group and actively driven by 70 ambassadors ensuring thereby optimizing its implementation.
The second step of the mission consists of bringing local procurement practices into conformity.
The adventure continues……
