Once upon a time a CEO of a leading actor in the Healthcare sector who wanted to ensure growth for tomorrow in a changing environment which is what made her decide to contact us.
The visible part of the iceberg seemed to indicate a commercial problem but our deeper exploration and analysis highlighted a real need to strengthen the firms’ management culture.
Together with the leadership team, we designed a specific management training program which was rolled-out across the entire top and middle management team (120 people). We set up coaching sessions where the CEO could share her vision and challenges with us throughout the transition.
The local managers became the architects and actors in the firms’ strategy.
The CEO is pleased today to observe major changes in the mind-set and the beginning of a new dynamic.
